That's correct, but I'm not sure which example you're referring to here. Is it the second bullet under Artistic License – Physics, where it says "The speed, acceleration and maneuverability of the UFOs defy all known laws of physics"?
I read that example as referring to how the UFOs can accelerate like that at all, not to how the crew survives.

The G forces of the alien ships are explained by them using an oxygenated fluid for breathing aboard ship as a hydraulic cushion. This was also used in The Abyss and has actual science behind it.
