I think the Season 9 page should be merged into one single Season. It was never officially divided into "eras", it's a fan term.

Per this ATT thread, I'm starting up a discussion here about Aesops on the recap pages, as there's disagreement on whether they have a place there or not.

If they're actually present in the episode, like in "Sailor Mouth" or maybe "Hooky," then yes. If they're not really lessons present in the episode, then no.

Edited by mightymewtron I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.

I guess my reasons of "They teach you not to do stupid stuff" or "They did it for humor" were pretty bad reasons for deleting anything. As one of the tropers had said, that's kind of the point of an Aesop, to tell you not to do this stupid thing.

Honestly, I think my problem with a lot of the aesops on those recap pages is that they were mostly in put in episodes that weren't really intended to have one, instead just taking a minor aspect of the episode and stretching it out to represent the whole.

I honestly agree that not all of the episodes are ment to have an aesop in the first place.

Yes, it is absolutely possible that some of these episodes didn't have Aesops, and they should be deleted if that's the case. "That was not the Aesop of the episode/This episode did not have an Aesop" is a perfectly valid reason for removal. "You're obviously not supposed to do this stupid thing/It's done humorously" are not.

Accidental Aesop is a useful item here for the episodes that don't have intentional aesops.
