If we're going to be invoking a trope for this leap in logic, I'd argue it's a bit more Solve the Soup Cans than Moon Logic. Like, Launchpad's initial idea (to shoot the elastic at the button) is a fairly logical strategy that failed more because Launchpad couldn't shoot the elastic. Add the fact that all the elements of the Rangers' plane were in the cell, along with the mouse, and it's a bit of a leap in logic but not wholly illogical. It's an obtuse solution, but not totally random like most Moon Logic Puzzle examples.
I'm tempted to add Moon Logic Puzzle, because Dewey believes the "intended solution" to escape the holding cell in "the game" is to build a tiny plane and teach a mouse to fly it, but obviously it wasn't really part of the game and Dewey just came to that conclusion when he saw the Rescue Rangers open the doors. Does it count?
