The flag on the table and in Annie's hand first scene is the Zimbabwe flag but she refers to Ghana when she's waving it and talking about the dish. It's unlikely that Annie would mix the two flags so this is probably a production mistake. Where would be the best place to indicate this, a trivia entry, YMMV or not at all?
