Getting along better afterward the conflict is the subversion? Wouldn't it be something like both Bob and Charlie are professional/committed/mature enough to acknowledge the greater threat and put their differences aside, at least while they are teaming up?
A subversion is leading the audience to believe a trope is going to happen just to reveal that no, it's the opposite. So... this trope is about people's less-than-ideal attitude towards each while they have to team up, it doesn't matter what happens afterward.
I'm gonna edit it accordingly (as well as the double subversion), but leave my reasoning here.
