Website's back, but there is a different problem: People can't register at the forums anymore.
The reason: The Abusive Hosts Blocking List
blocks all (yes, all) the internet since Jan 1, 2015. Which means: If you try to register there (or some other place that uses ahbl.org's services), you'll be mistaken for spammer and blocked.
