Well she's clearly going to be beat up by Buble. She'll be beat up into having a sense of humor. But man those videos have to come up eventually when someone with the power to remove the removement realizes that parody is protected by law.

For good, apparently — BLR has failed to appeal the copyright claim. Now we can panic. *curls up in a corner*
Luckily, many fans seemed to have reuploaded Dirty Spaceman anyway. Which is a good thing, because this is honestly one of my favorite songs, parody or not.
UPDATE: This has also happened with "Rockin All Nite Long", and I get the feeling the rappers in these videos are the reason why.
"Gang Fight" has been taken down...by Rebecca Black herself. A copy was made and also taken down swiftly.
I dunno about you guys, but I'm picking up a "beginning of the end" vibe from here.
