Hi folks. This section still seems like it needs a bit of a tidy up with entries not meeting the definition but I'd like to clarify before doing so.
The description states "Key to this is the actor gets into writing without having a previous background in creating the show' but many of the entries seem to fail this test. For example;
Simon Pegg for the Blood and Ice Cream trilogy - Simon Pegg came up with the original concept with Edgar Wright so this doesn't seem to fit, whereas Simon Pegg co-writing a screenplay for Star Trek does. Similarly Christopher Reeve fits for his story credit for Superman IV (it was an existing franchise) - but Matt Damon and Ben Afleck shouldn't be in it for Good Will Hunting as it was their original concept. Have I understand this correctly?
