Inacurracies

For instance, Snitter's owner wan not on the boat, contrary to the statement made in 'Deus ex Machina.' though that was still pretty unlikely that the boat would be there

zerky corrected the inaccuracy, which was reverted by another user. She PMed this to the relevant party:

"To avoid edit-warring, see the discussion here: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/remarks.php?trope=Main.ThePlagueDogs

zerky was originally the one who wrote the article, and while she has seen the film, she admits that she hasn't actually read the book. She is not exactly sure what happens in the book's ending, and she was lead to believe that the two dogs were rescued by Snitter's former owner. However, since another user brought this up as an inaccuracy, zerky has looked into the issue and numerous other sources seem to agree that the two dogs were not in fact, rescued by Snitter's former owner. Because of this, zerky revised the entry on the main page.

zerky believes that you've reworded the correction to reflect an older edit, perhaps under the impression that the correction was not a correction, and merely a detrimental rewording to the entry in question. Please drop a message on the discussion page in the next week or so if it turns out that you reverted the correction because Snitter and Rowf were actually rescued by Snitter's master on a boat. Once again, zerky actually has no idea what happened in the book's ending; she's only working on secondary sources and hearsay. "

If there's no response by January 8th, zerky will revert the edit made earlier today.
