Which is it? I'm fairly sure the official English name is The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya and not with the other name order.

Why is use required for a redirect? Shouldn't making it easier to search also count? Some people might forget how to spell the main character's name, but remember the word melancholy.
Also, it's an official name, unlike a lot of cut redirects that are fan names or initialisms.
