I recall a Demetri Martin bit where he says (and I'm paraphrasing), "I bet the first guy to eat chicken said, 'Whoah! This tastes a bit like everything.'" I believe that could make a wonderful quote page.

Am I the only one who, after sniffling and swallowing it, finds my own mucus tastes like chicken broth? I think it's just a salt-and-protein thing.

Mainly because at the end of the showcase Rich is seen eating some fried chicken with a "suspciously familiar" bucket—and shows it at the end of the show:)
What about non-chicken examples where the character is still shown to like it?
