Right now Bonebreaker from Marvel Comics has spider-like cybernetic legs instead of the tank reads.

Rifts - World Book 17: The Warlords of Russia has the Holocaust Cyborg Shocktrooper which has treads in place of legs.
Also the T-835 has treads.
