Does anyone else think that The Fugitive deserves credit as the Trope Codifier?

Does the "Live Action TV" section have to be restricted to entire series? A couple of Trek TOS eps qualify: "Balance of Terror" and "Arena". Maybe the page would be too large if eps were allowed in?
