I personally have no problem at all hearing the lyrics to Metallica's Battery or Tool's Vicarious... might have something to do with quality speakers / attentive listening?

I would like to make it known that I can sing both "The End of The World As We Know It" and "We Didn't Start the Fire". That is all.

Ok, but can you sing "L Ife is a rock (but the radio rolled me?"

Does anyone else think this is a TERRIBLE name for a trope? I'm of the opinion that tropes names that are vague references to the trope namer aren't good at all, and this is certainly a big example of that. So to rephrase my original question: Does anyone else think this should go up for renaming?

No.

I think this has become something of a Self-Demonstrating Article; there's no less than three different interpretations of the Trope Namer's lyrics on the page.

That wouldn't make the page self demonstrating. A self demonstrating article for this page would have an unreadable description apart from the last line.

Ah, right. Still, I think it's kinda funny.
