I don't know if this counts, but Nuka-Cola Quantum from the video game Fallout 3 is mildly radioactive and makes you piss glow for weeks. According to log entries at the factory, several testers died or suffered serious health damage after ingesting trial formulas. Also, the woman who gives out the quest to retrieve some of it is disturbingly chipper. Maybe it's just all that sugar...
