Am I the only one who's annoyed that (almost) everyone writes "XX% of light speed" instead of "0.X C"?
Whoever wrote the article has, as is oh so common unfortunately, not realised that there is a confusion of definition going on here.
"Reactionless" can mean 2 things, reaction as in action/reaction, that´s the one which would break laws of physics and all, and then there´s reaction as in chemical reaction, you know, rockets and the like. And those kind of "reactionless" engines doesn´t break any laws, they´re generally just not effective.
Requiring little fuel they could still be useful for future spaceflight, which makes it very annoying to see them ignorantly slapped together with the former sort.
