I know "perfect is the enemy of good" but I still think "accepting bad is the enemy of good."
Especially since so much of the Queer Show Ghetto (and various other ghettos) is self-fulfilling.

This needs a new name, the Q slur is extremely offensive to many people and it shouldn't be used as an umbrella term, no matter how many people have reclaimed it.
People know this is a thing, but they still trash on anime that Hide Your Lesbians?
I'd rather have the show I love reach as many people as possible with the implied gay OT 4 than have it tossed in the corner, or have the characters Flanderized into the sort of seme-uke types that it would need to get it to Dakaichi style popularity.
