Yeah, I'm gonna make a point to avert this trope. And even if I do it, it's only gonna be reptilian/non mammalian species that DO give live birth IRL, because those do exist.

Hutts are hermaphrodites, also that are neither reptiles nor amphibians, they are quite clearly molluscs!
