I'm going to start removing these from the example listings on the movie pages. The reason, so I don't have to keep re-typing it: it's not a trope, it's just an arbitrary ranking given by a single source that has no affiliation with the wiki. (The lists are otherwise always tropes or, occasionally, actors/authors.) It has an index anyway, so people can find other movies from there.

I'd also consider retitling this to "Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments" or similar. Otherwise, it gives the impression that TV Tropes created the list. (My gut reaction to seeing it on a movie's page is, "When did we decide that?")

Edit: Actually, while I removed the bottom 10, I think I'm going to hold off on purging all of them for a week or so to see potential reactions or discussion. Getting in an Edit War on 100 separate pages isn't going to be much fun for anyone.

The main objection I have with them being on the pages is that it doesn't say what moment it is. Not even this page does. What part of Alien is so scary? The whole list is essentially useless.

Um...wouldn't it be more helpful to list just what the moments actually are? Or are they referring to the film as a whole being a scary movie moment?
