There's a bit of ambiguity with the Pirates of the Carribean example and I don't know the actual intent. Some better wording options, in order of least to most likely: "Parley is the only right of the pirate king" (Meaning the pirate king only benefits from Parley and nothing else); "Parley is the sole rule against the pirate king" (Meaning the only rule the king ever has to follow is Parley); or "Parley is solely the right of the pirate king" (Meaning only the king can invoke Parley)
