RE: the cut request. I'm not seeing any sort of TRS regarding this. Tropes will not be cut without consensus.

I tried starting a TRS, but since I had launched the trope so recently, they sent me to the YKTTW Crash Rescue thread. See here.

I remember that one. I think both the YKTTW Thread and the Appearance Tropes thread considered it a duplicate.

Mention that in the cut reason and resubmit.

It's not, don't sweat it. It's the thread devoted to cleaning up appearance tropes.

I couldn't find any posts on this, so I may have been incorrect.
