In Star Trek Into Darkness, the entire bridge crew pulls this with Spock when he orders them to abandon ship while the Enterprise is falling toward Earth.
Sulu: All due respect, Commander, but we're not going anywhere.

I don't think this is an example. This trope isn't about refusing to abandon ship or staying with a beloved captain; it's about staying in a whole world with new friends and possibly family.

Ro Laren in Star Trek: The Next Generation might qualify as she chooses to stay and fight with the Maquis instead of betraying them and returning to the Enterprise.
