Just to avoid an edit war, as El Squibbonator reverted an edit without adding an edit reason, but, making emphasis on bonobos being distinct from chimps is not worth it. They are a chimp species, emphasis was placed on using a separate name, but, after we learned that there are multiple gorilla and orangutan species, refering to just 4 separate non-human great apes is just misleading. Either 3 main groups, or 7 separate species

There was a short-lived TV series on NBC called Mr. Smith, about an orangutan who becomes super-intelligent. They used a real orangutan ("C.J.") for scenes of him walking around, but for scenes of him speaking, they had a not-too-shabby puppet...
