Hm… on the Page Quotes thread, they usually say to avoid removing quotes just because of who said them. However, the quote itself isn’t stellar (it’s not bad, just a bit meh), so getting rid of it probably won’t harm.
I recommend bringing it up on the Quotes thread — I also recommend finding at least one suggestion for a replacement, since they’re more likely to approve replacing it than removing it.

Do we really want a quote from Blair/Iilluminaughtii of all people, given what's come out about her? I think we should change the page quote or not have one at all. None at all would be better than a quote from somebody who's been exposed as a bully, a liar, and an abuser.
It would appear the quote was added long before the Iilluminaughtii controversy unfolded, so no hate towards the person who added it. Just think we should change it in light of what's been revealed.
