There are quite a few In-Universe examples. Should we start a page for them?

I agree with this and would do so if I knew how. I'd also like to petition for the "This entry is trivia, which is cool and all, but not a trope. On a work, it goes on the Trivia tab." message to be removed, or at the very least modified to take consideration of how often a story has a character undergo a Creator Breakdown In-Universe.

Something happened to this page, I don't know what. It kind of stops halfway through what would be the Music folder, and apparently has gotten so large the folders themselves broke down. I'm making subpages for it.

Subpages have been made. You may need to rummage through backups to find entries for categories like Videogames, Web Comics, Web Original, and Western Animation.

These Troper Tales of Creator Breakdown.......most of them are really insultingly self-angsty, there's not many in here that are actually BREAKDOWNS per se.

I dunno, but I feel insulted for the actual examples.

Well, not very surprisingly, Music is the most Creator Breakdown-fueled medium out there. Maybe it should have a separate page.

The Jack Kirby example is fascinating, but I've not been able to find exactly which issue of Silver Surfer it is referring to — that is to say, the issue in which the final page "is a full-sized portrait of the Surfer's tormented face screaming in fury and declaring that soon the universe will fear his wrath". It does say the issue is from 1969. Does anyone know the issue number and where I could find it?
