I didn't really get why the troper blanked it myself when I put it on the Cut List. I did however, assume the troper made a mistake in creating the article and was asking for it to "go away". Basically Wikipedia's G7 speedy deletion criterion
The deleted text would be good, but the title is probably misspelled.
