Apologies. I can't edit in a new entry into ymmv as I'm blind, and afraid of screwing up the page. But does nobody think that when Giver calls Rosemary his daughter, he's not speaking of the daughter he raised with his wife (he said he had a wife and kids, but had to hide evrything from them.) It could very well mean that Giver considdered Rosemary his daughter, with love that he couldn't share with his own children. The thing about the biological daughter is laughable, btw. Sorry, I know this isn't the right place, but I've seen this too many times, and just wonder if anyone understands complexity any longer.

Should a separate page be made for the film?
