After 4 E came out Wo TC sent an army of lawyers out with cease and disist letters to anyone who supported 3.5 content. As a result many of the best NPC generators became abandonware. I have one on an old XP computer my husband and i are holding on to. Because it and lots of other programs we regularly use wont run on windows 10
