I don't think DGM actually counts as High Octane Nightmare Fuel considering that, although the series can tick most of the boxes on the criteria, many of the examples were quite mild and only one or two of them were intentionally unsettling or disturbing for the viewer (namely in the volume where an akuma is depicted forcing itself down someone's throat and again later on in the series when suman is split open by tease). Rather than high octane nightmare fuel, most of the other references would fit better under regular Nightmare Fuel. Considering that the manga is only rated teen and the series itself is classified as a shonen manga rather then seinen, it would probably be a good idea to move a bunch of the examples to the nightmare fuel page and just leave the scenes that really fit the bill.
