Hero Killer is... an imperfect name. It's less "killer of The Hero" and more "guy heroes are scared of for their reputation of taking down heroes."
Think of it as a character whose purpose is making Sacrificial Lions.
So honestly the example lacks a few things: are those characters killed heroes, and does the character have a reputation for taking them down? Someone who happens to take them down in the course of there work but it's not really a big deal isn't an example.

1. Who did Gabi Braun kill? Lobov, who is basically a Red Shirt (and is troped as such on the Attack on Titan); Sasha Blouse, one of the Survey Corps recruits; three unnamed Red Shirts; and she made an attempt on Eren Yeager, the protagonist of the whole franchise.
2. Are they heroes? Sasha's a likable character (sorry if that's not more descriptive). Eren, on the other hand, was the hero for a long time, but he's now the Big Bad waging a genocidal war against the outside world. Lobov was one of Eren's soldiers fighting to free Eldia from the outside world (before the cause crashed off the slippery slope into the aforementioned Genocidal campaign). Don't know about the nameless folks.
3. Does the character have a reputation for killing heroes? Sasha's a hero, Lobov is a Red Shirt and Eren's a Pragmatic Hero at best and an Omnicidal Maniac at worst.
Concerning this entry (part in contention in bold):
Gabi Braun, Reiner's cousin, has the distinct honor of having killed two major cadets: Sasha and Eren. The former was killed after the attack on Liberio and used as a catalyst for Gabi's Heel Realization. At time of writing, the latter is currently a disembodied head because Gabi shot it off.
The Hero Killer trope is about those who kill heroes. Eren stopped being the hero a long time ago. Should we rephrase it? Does it still aply? Am I reading into it too much?
