You should add questions to the page itself rather then discussion page
The president message was a recording from back when the ships were first leaving Earth (back when humanity was live action rather then CGI apparently)
In the Movie Wall-e where did the president go after issuing order A113? He says lets get out of here, so where is there? I assume all the other ships where gone by now.
