Not sure what exactly you mean? If you're talking about when Titor's male voice is used during responses between them and Okabe over the phone, that's an assumed voice speaking out the text messages. No phone calls between the two people take place.

did Okabe switch physical places when sending D-mails? that's how it appears in episode 17, when, after the D-mail is sent, he finds himself in the lab.
If suzuha is john titor then who was okabe talking to when he got a phone call from titor
