It's too opinionated; there are a lot of entries that are just "IF" and "In one place". Others like Bidoof are common and boring but too weak to wear you down.

While yes, many of these entries are annoying, many of the entries themselves state they're rare or there's an up-side to running into them (like a decent XP return). True Goddamn Bats should be completely negative in every way, and if there's a way to avoid them, it involves going out of your way in some manner, like having about a hundred Repel.
