I think Gepard's Light Cone might work. Granted, we don't have a lot of Preservation characters but only Fu Xuan doesn't benefit from it. Gepard and March both need DEF and EHR, and even Fire Trailblazer and Aventurine can benefit from the EHR if you use them with the Belobog set that gives an extra 15% DEF if the EHR is 50% or over.
That's what I'm doing with Aventurine right now. I actually get more DEF running a Hands piece with lower DEF but higher EHR instead of the other Hands piece I have with higher DEF.
Though I think we should wait until we get like 2 two more Preservation characters before we make a judgement. But with the units available right now, I'd say it's pretty good.
Another would be Robin's Light Cone. The buff from using the wearer's Ultimate only last's one turn but 24% DMG boost for the whole party is pretty good and you can get the 15% Energy Regeneration Rate very quickly, meaning you get the Ultimate faster.
As someone who's been on the Genshin Game-Breaker page, 5 Star weapons can be a hard sell, but considering how much easier it is get Standard Banner lightcones since you can just buy them in the exchange, I'd say it's worth considering.
How about among the 4 Star ones?

Harmony has a bunch of good ones. Dance, Dance, Dance and Carve the Moon for example.
Most Nihility characters are Do T so Eyes of the Prey works for them. Meanwhile Good Night and Sleep Well works for not only Do T characters but also Acheron, and Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat works for literally all of them.
Perfect Timing increases both Effect RES and Outgoing Healing. Since most Abundance characters have cleanse in their kits, this means they can avoid being debuffed themselves, which leaves them free to cleanse other characters.

I gotta say, she's a very giga cracked Ice DPS, with a big meaty crit rate bonus, which is quite insane.

Not sure how good I am at determining these, and I wouldn't say mine's fully built yet, but I'd say a point in her favour is that her Life Drain makes it so Blade can use his Follow-Up more often

I think maybe we should consider trimming some of these now that a year has passed, Power Creep is starting to set in, and the larger variety in end-game modes means certain units aren't as all-encompassing as they used to be.
