One piece of "fridge brilliance" that I entered was:
"In the climax when Scar is begging Simba for mercy, he isn't just being a Dirty Coward, he's being a hypocrite. He pleads, 'You wouldn't kill your own uncle?' despite having years ago killed someone even more closely related."
"Yes? Where's the fridge? That's just summing up plot points."
But I didn't realize the hypocrisy of Scar's pleading until it was pointed out to me in a You Tube comment. Do you guys think it should count as fridge brilliance?
