I see a case of Unfortunate Implications in the two films. Every major foe the Incredibles face are geniuses or use tech based weapons. Bomb Voyage, Syndrome, Underminder, and Screenslaver all have no powers but use gadgets to compensate. The only superpower based fights are with heroes mind-controlled by Screenslaver. This implies that being smart means your a potential Evil Genius.

If you wanted to add Unfortunate Implications as an example, that requires a citation — see the trope page for details.
