I have a fan-theory: The Trunchbull has some kind of disease messing up her aging process. That would explain the "I was never a child" thing(Maybe she had a really short childhood), why she looks exactly the same in the flashbacks, and her horror at seeing the clocks moving quickly. Thoughts?
