If even the official page says her name is Cady, then I'd say that's how it should be spelt here too. Go ahead and change it, just leave an explanation and a link. That way if someone changes it to Katie again, they can be corrected.

To be fair, Catherine/Katherine is an actual girl's name while Cady seems far more in the vein of using Madison on girls. Madison means "son of Maud", of course.
Every source (IMDb, Wikipedia, the movie's official page) lists the little girl's name as Cady. Yet every mention appears here as Katie (presumably full name is Katherine).
Should her name be changed to Cady (which I tried to do and it got changed back) or should it stay Katie? Probably doesn’t help that they sound alike.
