I'm uncertain about either example of Adaptation Induced Plot Hole. The first, Baker was right the Prince was seducing some maiden, so it isn't unreasonable. The second, Cinderella didn't say the guards never let her go anywhere (implying she tried before), she said she wasn't permitted to leave the palace escorted (which doesn't necessarily indicate much time passed since she married the prince).

Having seen the movie myself, I think I'm with you there. I vote the so-called "Adaptation Induced Plot Holes" be removed.
