I haven't seen the movie, but the way his portrayal in the movie is described here seems different than how I remember from the book.. I've read the book and it doesn't seem like it portrayed him as completely naive and unprepared. IIRC, It really seemed to emphasize how close he came to surviving, that he only died primarily because he made the mistake of storing some foraged food in a plastic ziploc bag, actually a very poor choice of food storage because it traps moisture and can promote the growth of mold, in this case toxic mold that poisoned him, and he probably would've survived otherwise. Can someone who's both read the movie and watched the film confirm if this is an inversion of Adaptational Intelligence?

Burger King ? I don't quite recall the depiction in the movie, but in the book it clearly states he worked a Mc D's in Boulder City. How come "Take That" is listed a a jab at BK ?

This is a vestige of a case where I meant to post a new topic but posted a reply instead, because you can edit but not delete posts.
