Someone changed a lot of the page. They even got rid of the Time Travel. I think the "Time Skip and nothing else or no consequences" troper is going all in again.

I think that some of the tropes listed on the main page are kind of premature. We don't really know that much about the movie, but now we supposedly know what age everyone will be and that the snap won't be reversed beyond a few characters? I just can't help but feel that someone's pushing their theories or wishes as fact.

Saw Avengers: Infinity War a couple weeks ago, and right now I'm expecting Avengers 4 to be darker than Infinity War.

Respectfully disagree. I remember a quote from (I think—someone correct me if I'm wrong) Markus and McFeely about this one, and here's what they said.

We broke your heart. Now we're going to blow your mind!
I'm expecting it to be somewhat lighter than Infinity War in tone, but still pretty heavy given what our heroes are up against.

IMO, these are my expectations for the film.

Tony Stark's nightmares from Age of Ultron will have come back, as he is one to witness Peter Parker's death in Infinity War. Tony's Adult Fear of preventing Peter from being hurt while trying to help him is played straight in the film and Spider-Man: Homecoming, as he tries to be a mentor and father figure to him in the latter movie.

Plus, Heaven knows what the outcome will be. In my eyes, I see it as how the Infinity Gauntlet comic ends: Thanos' retirement to become a humble farmer and live in peace. I even heard in a Looper video that the ending shot with Thanos having completed his goal in wiping out half the universe could very well be a sneak preview at Avengers 4. A nice, calm and fitting ending to tie all loose ends in Phase 3 of the MCU.

Or, the filmmakers could come up with a clever way to kill him off completely, since I hear Phase 4 will be open to a new era in the MCU.

And finally, half our heroes and almost all of the Guardians of the Galaxy are gone. Only Rocket, Okoye, M'Baku, War Machine, Nebula, and the original Avengers are left standing (quite surprised, actually).

How they cope with the deaths of many of the MCU's heroes, I have no idea, but I know for a fact it won't be the slightest bit lighthearted. And I suggest we'll be expecting a dramatic comeback for the Hulk.

So Markus and Mc Freely say they're gonna "blow our minds" with the fourth one?
