I kind of agree with Yellow being England. When he ordered China to kill Nussia, it reminds me of the American Revolution episode. England didn't shoot America. Looking back at China's situation, it was like England wanted China to feel what he felt, only a lot worse. China didn't specifically shoot, but he killed him, right?
I say Pink is Lich. Re-reading the first chapter, she was distracting Switzerland right before he died and said Bye and Love you in like a whisper. Like she felt bad about her first death.
I say Black is one of the Axis. Each one of them acted weird in at least one chapter. Maybe it's Italy, because why would he even want to start investigating in the first place? Unless he's making sure that his colleagues didn't leave a trace (obviously, that didn't quite turn out to be so).
