Is Gumdrop Giggles really the Dragon(-in-Chief or otherwise)? It wasn't definite within the story, but it came across more as GG having initiated her plan to release Ouroboros and then manipulated Bronze Bell into going along with it (otherwise why would she have "befriended" him to begin with?), which would make her the outright Big Bad.
