I'm probably going to be taking a hatchet to this page. I've basically summed up the reasons in an ATT post that also cross references the places where I've tried to get feedback. To quote myself in the Ensemble Darkhord thread: So basically, I have three issues with the page.

First is the format, with the HOF inductees first.
Second is that I think we need to establish what "minor" means for such a huge franchise. Some characters are minor, but most are only minor in the grand scheme of things, but were major players when they gained popularity and simply maintained their popularity since then^note. Another example lists "the entire main cast" (emphasis not mine), which is a bit insane to say unless you're counting "main"ness only across the entire franchise.
Thirdly is cleaning up characters that just don't have that much popularity. This is, at least, straightforward.
- Related to the above is cleaning up ZC Es, which will help since a lot of them just say "character name."

For characters that have multiple incarnations, I think there's wiggle room for versions of a character that are inordinately popular among that character. So, say, I'd think Armada Starscream could count since he's got overall less focus compared to G1 Screamer yet is arguably more beloved. Armada Prime, however, is not a particularly beloved incarnation of Optimus Prime compared to any other version.

I basically want to apply the same rule to other characters that share similar roles. So, Star Saber or Lio Convoy would need to be particularly popular compared to Autobot leaders to count (which I don't think they do).

Of the characters introduced via the Power Core Combiners line I think Smolder qualifies for being listed as an Ensemble Dark Horse. He's well-liked due to his unique alternate mode as a Decepticon Firetruck.

The thing is what "continuity" Power Core Combiners belong to is super weird. Smolder did show up in the live-action film continuity as a part of the Cyber Missions tie in but I don't know if that's enough to qualify it for the "film series" folder.

So what should I do? List it under film series? Or make a new folder for "Other"?

Not... really.

I don't think Smolder counts by any metric.

Firstly, almost none of the early PCC Commanders were well-regarded as figures. Smolder was no exception. Hell, his Minicon was probably better regarded due to "Kick-Axe" memes.

Secondly, in pretty much any discussion about the PCC line today, it's only the later figures (Undertow, Heavytread, maybe Skyhammer) that are likely to get mentioned due to being, well, actually decent Transformers.

I don't think any of the PCC figures are particularly well-remembered and Smolder doesn't standout compared to the rest, let alone if you factor in other lines.

... man, I forgot how much I love Sledge, though.

I saw and deleted several main cast members who were nominated.

Starscream and Hot Shot for Armada
Prowl, Ratchet, and Sari for Animated
Arcee, Ratchet, and the trio of kids for Prime

There's still probably a few that can be removed (Maybe G1 Soundwave and Grimlock), but I'm less familiar with that material. Remember, an Ensemble Darkhorse has to be minor.

I actually think Dinobot should be taken off too (Considering his prominent role in Beast Wars), but I don't want to step on the toes of the description too much.
