Honorable mention to Puppeteer on the Playstation 3. You command the creepy doll in question, and the whole game runs like it was a puppet show, with curtains and all, and every stage is called an Act. The hero lost his head, and takes advantage of several "hats" to replace his head as he tries to recover it, each with different properties, without spoiling the story too much.
Every single object on scene, from background to enemies, are made exactly like string puppets, and if you are scared of creepy dolls, this game will probably make you get used to it.
