I noticed when Hank Pym is introduced in his 70's lab, the soundtrack utilizes bongos just like in the Ant-Man movies. Can soundtrack motifs count as a Continuity Nod?

Loki escapes in 2012, but he's still in a cell in 2013. What happened?

It's a different timeline. In the 2013 timeline, Loki is brought to Asgard like he was in the main timeline. His escape in the 2012 timeline doesn't affect the other timelines.
