That was a good catch, Daibhid C. I'm the one who added that trope and I completely forgot that Dick was still filling the Bat-shoes around that time. When I saw this message, I went back and checked, and sure enough in the first two issues of JL:GL it's Dick who was the Batman affected. But when Bruce finally shows up in issue 22, on pg. 14 he says "The power of the White Lantern restored my memory. All of it." That makes it sound like he was affected by Max's mindwipe too, though he had to have remembered Max Lord somehow to even have that talk with the White Lantern about him in the first place.
I'll have to check, but I'm not sure about this:
As far as I remember, at the time of the mindwipe, Bruce Wayne was dead. That's why he remembers Max when he appears in later issues, because he simply wasn't subject to it in the first place. The Batman who was affected was Dick Grayson.
