Toross having Weak, But Skilled? The guy overpowered damn near everyone in 1v1 fights; even Yugo and Goultard only "beat" him in the sense of distracting him long enough for the portal to close. He is barely ever hurt by anything, and dishes out quite a lot of damage. No, he's not weak at all.
