Maybe "the First Human"? Toriel lets us know we're not the first one who's fallen here in the very beginning.
Actually, now I think it would do all three articles good if we combined Frisk, Chara, and The Anomaly into one page named "The Fallen Human", like how Undertale - Flowey has Flowey himself and Asriel, and Deltarune: Kris has Kris themself and the Red SOUL.
I know that Frisk and Chara are both pretty lengthy examples, but all three entities are so ambiguous and interconnected, I feel like it would make sense for them to share the same page, and it would also solve my earlier issue about renaming Chara's page to not give away the twist. Frisk and Chara's pages could probably stand a bit more trimming anyway to share a page with the Anomaly.
... That said, the player theory is still only a theory, and while it's gotten a boost from Deltarune looking like it's being made canon there, we have yet to learn more about the nature of the Red SOUL even there and whether Toby might be pulling another fast one on us. Perhaps it would also be wise, in the section for the Anomaly, to include a note saying that this is a speculated third entity that represents the player?
Should we rename this page to Chara or something? I feel like keeping it as "The Fallen Human" alongside Frisk's page as "The Human Child" gives away the twist that the Fallen Human you name isn't your player character.
