Probably just a matter of semantics, but I don't think Mutsuki qualifies as transgender/transsexual since it does not appear that he/she has undergone sexual reassignment surgery, and is merely a transvestite - specifically a female dressing (and living) as a man.

No. Mutsuki is a transgender man. You do not need to have sexual reassignment surgery in order to be considered transgender. Especially so for trans men, since SRS for trans men doesn't even work (it's basically aesthetic rather than functional, and not even good aesthetic).

What happened to the non-CCG character entries? They all disappeared and even Scarecrow's entry in the Ghouls page leads to a dead end.
